FIFA WORLD CUP 140 DAYS UNTIL KICK-OFF!!

Live from Cape Town this is the first of many blog entrys associated with the 2010 FIFA Football World Cup to be hosted here in South Africa. With only 140 days now until kick off the country is in full swing in its preperations for this awesome sporting event! We have already had the draw in December 2009 here in Cape Town at the Conference Centre and this has determined the fate of which country plays who in the group play offs. South Africa is in Group A alongside France, Mexico and Uruguay - some tough competition! The opening game will be at 16:00 on 11 June 2010. The host nation South Africa will play Mexico at the crown prince of stadiums - Soccer City, Johanessburg. A thrilling opening game I'm sure!
